Bunny DonnellY, PT, MOMT
President, Physical Therapist

A long-time resident of Murfreesboro, Bunny is a 1990 graduate of Middle Tennessee State University and received a Bachelor of Science in physical therapy from the University of Tennessee at Memphis in 1992. In 1995, she completed the Ola Grimsby Institute orthopedic manual therapy residency program, earning a Master or Orthopedic Manual Therapy through the University of Utah Board of Regents. In addition to her two degrees in PT, Bunny holds numerous other certifications making her one of the highest trained physical therapists in Rutherford County. She holds certifications in the areas of pelvic physical therapy, treatment of movement disorders (including Parkinson's disease), dry needling and instrument assisted soft-tissue mobilization. She is certified by WorkWell Systems, Inc. to perform Functional Capacity Evaluations, Functional Job Analysis and Pre-Work Screens. Bunny is enthusiastic to bring Selective Functional Movement Assessment to Murfreesboro. This particular program reviews the body as a whole and integrates manual techniques and corrective exercises to restore the patient to optimum health. This same evaluation is utilized by the NFL, NBA and MLB to assess athletes.

When not in the clinic, Bunny can be found at any number of sporting, music or church events with her husband and two sons. The daughter of Hall of Fame MTSU football coach, Boots Donnelly, also enjoys cooking, reading and entertaining with friends. 

Ashley Griner, PT
Physical Therapist

Ashley arrived in Murfreesboro via Knoxville after living most of her life in Georgia. A 1998 graduate of the University of Georgia and the Medical College of Georgia, she brings vast experience in the treatment of orthopedic injuries and industrial rehabilitation.  She continues to expand her knowledge with advanced training in manual therapy and kinesiotaping. The active mother of four and her husband enjoy living in Murfreesboro and are active in their church. Ashley also enjoys running and musical theater.

Lori Hagan, PTA
Physical Therapist Assistant

Lori has been a valuable member of the Donnelly Physical Therapy team since 2014. She received her physical therapy assistant education in South Carolina, but now calls Murfreesboro home. All of her experience is in outpatient orthopedics. She is certified in LSVT-BIG for the treatment of Parkinson's disease and other movement disorders. Lori and her husband enjoy traveling and spending time with their friends and family.


Don Bullard, PTA, CLT

Don is a veteran of the United States Army where he served as a combat medic. After relocating to Middle Tennessee 23 years ago, he attended Volunteer State Community College where he received his degree as a Physical Therapy Assistant. Initially, he worked in the long-term care environment, but in 2006, he completed the Complete Decongestive Physiotherapy Lymphatic Studies program. He joined forces with his wife, Linda, providing lymphedema services to the residents of Rutherford County and the surrounding area. In 2016, he furthered his education through the Academy of Lymphatic Studies adding a specialty in the treatment of the head/neck. He is an affiliate member of the National Lymphedema Network. A certified Juzo, Mediven standard and custom garment fitter.  Don enjoys all sports, fishing, camping, yard care and most of all, family time. Making people laugh is the best medicine...be prepared to laugh a little during our care.
 

Linda Bullard, PTA

Linda received her PTA license in 1998 after graduating from Volunteer State Community College. She chose to focus her career on the treatment of lymphedema and completed the Complete Decongestive Physiotherapy program in 1998. She established the first lymphedema treatment program in Rutherford County. Working with the MTMC Foundation in 2004, she established the lymphedema fund which provides financial assistance to cover the expenses associate with lymphedema supplies. She has previously served as the Tumor Board Rehabilitation representative. Linda regularly attends the National Lymphatic Network Conference to stay current in all recent advances in the treatment of lymphedema. She is also a Juzo and Medi advanced certified fitter. She is married to and works alongside Don, and the two have one son, Zack.
