Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) is a tool used to evaluate movement patterns. With this evaluation, the entire body is assessed, not just the injured area. In this manner, the cause of the injury can often be detected and corrected in the course of treatment to reduce the risk of future injury. This system evaluates seven fundamental movement patterns allowing us to determine the cause of your symptoms. Don’t just chase the pain; discover and treat the problem.

With IASTM, a metal tool is used to assess the injury and then treat the affected area. Seen as a typically more aggressive form of massage, IASTM has been shown to improve range of motion and flexibility. It is used in conjunction with other appropriate treatment techniques including joint mobilization and corrective exercises to restore function. Some common diagnoses treated with IASTM include Tendonitis, Bursitis and Plantar fasciitis.
Dry Needling is a treatment technique that helps return the body to its natural state of homeostasis or balance. It is often helpful in the treatment of neck and back pain, shoulder pain, tennis elbow, golfer's elbow, TMJ, headaches, Fibromyalgia, Sciatica and Plantar fasciitis.
